This Agreement is a binding contract between you, the participant, and Pawsitive Core. By purchasing a ticket to attend any class or event hosted by Pawsitive Core, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

8. Gift Cards / Certificates

Give the Gift of Puppy Pilates: Surprise someone special with the most joyful gift—Puppy Pilates! Our digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to book any Puppy Pilates session.

How It Works: Gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout by selecting “Redeem a gift certificate” and entering the unique code. The card cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunded. Please treat it like cash—lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I check my gift card balance? At the moment, balance checks are not available. We recommend keeping a note of how much has been used.

What if the booking total is more than the card value? No worries! You can simply pay the difference using another payment method at checkout.

What if the booking is less than the card value? Any leftover balance stays on the card and can be used towards future classes. Example: If your gift card is valued at $120 and you spend $60, you’ll still have $60 left to use.

How do I make sure the gift card is addressed to the right person? Be sure to enter the recipient’s name — not your own—when filling out the details. Our system will automatically use the email provided as the recipient's address.

Got questions or need help with your gift card? We’re here to help! Please reach out to us at admin@pawsitivecore.com.au or via the Contact Us page on our website.

Thank you for being a mindful and caring member of the Pawsitive community. We’re excited to share this joyful experience with you and our pups!
