How do I book?
Booking is easy! Just head to the bookings page, select your preferred event, and follow the prompts to secure your spot. Our sessions often sell out quickly, so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out!
Why can’t I book for more than one person?
If you're unable to select multiple tickets, it means there's only one spot left in that session. For group bookings, check availability first—if you're able to select the number of tickets you need during booking, that means those spots are available and you’re good to go!
My friend/family member just tried to book, but the session is sold out. What can we do?
"If your friend or family member tried to book but the session is sold out, don’t worry! Check our website for other available sessions. If you find one with enough spots or your whole group (you’ll know if you can select that number of participants when booking), just let us know. If there’s space, we’ll be happy to reschedule your booking so everyone can attend together.
Can you add more spots to a full class?
Unfortunately, once a session is sold out, we’re unable to add extra spots. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both our guests and puppies, we strictly adhere to our class capacity limits.
Do you have a waitlist?
We don’t currently offer a waitlist, but cancellations do happen! Keep an eye on our website—spots may open up closer to the event date, so it’s worth checking back regularly.
When are new dates released?
We usually release new event dates about three weeks in advance, though some sessions may be announced earlier. Be sure to keep an eye on our website and social media for the latest updates!
Can I book an unlisted future date?
Yes—we’re here to stay! If you’re making a small booking, feel free to check back closer to the date as new sessions are added regularly. Planning for a larger group (10+ people)? Get in touch—we may be able to reserve a session for you in advance.
