What if I can’t make it?

If an event is sold out, we're unable to offer replacements, so the best option is to gift your ticket to a friend or family member who can attend in your place. If the event isn’t sold out, we’re happy to reschedule your ticket to another session at no extra cost—as long as it is more than 48 hours before your scheduled class just check our website for availability and let us know your preferred date. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Can I reschedule my ticket for another session?

Yes! You may reschedule your booking to a future date, free of charge, as long as it is more than 48 hours before your scheduled class and as long as the event isn’t sold out. Just check our website for availability and let us know which session you’d like to move to. If the event is sold out, rescheduling isn’t possible—but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide a coupon or reschedule your ticket under the same conditions outlined above. If the event isn’t sold out, we can move your booking to another available session. If it is sold out, the best option is to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member who can attend in your place.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! If you are unable to attend your booked class, you're more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend, family member, or someone else.

To do so, please email us at admin@pawsitivecore.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the class start time, and include the following details of the new participant:

• First and last name

• Email address

This allows us to update our records, ensure they receive the Booking Confirmation email, and have time to complete the mandatory waiver — making check-in smooth and stress-free on the day.​
