What if I’m running late?

If you know you'll be running late, please email us or send a quick DM on Instagram ahead of time—we’ll do our best to make arrangements and let you in when it’s appropriate. To ensure a smooth and relaxed start, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.

Please note, doors close 10 minutes after class begins to preserve the session’s flow and maintain a secure environment for our pups. Guests arriving after this time will be denied entry without a refund, as we cannot compromise the safety of the puppies.

Is there parking?

All of our venues offer accessible street parking and onsite parking, although availability may vary by location. For venue-specific details, please refer to your Booking Confirmation email.

 

Our studios are also easy to access via public transport, with most located on or near major bus routes and local train stations. Prefer to ride? Bicycle paths are also close by.

What do I need to bring?

We’ve got almost everything covered — just bring a few essentials to make the most of your session:

* Socks – We recommend Pilates grip socks for comfort and hygiene (but they’re not compulsory — you’re welcome to join us with or without them).

* Water bottle – Stay hydrated throughout your class.

* Phone or camera – For capturing those adorable puppy moments during the allocated photo time at the end of class.
