How do the puppies benefit from pilates?
Puppy Pilates isn’t just a treat for humans—it’s a powerful socialisation experience for the puppies too! Each session gently introduces them to new people, calm handling, and a variety of sights and sounds in a safe, positive setting.
This early exposure helps build their confidence, reduce anxiety, and shape them into well-adjusted, friendly dogs. Of course, their well-being is always our top priority—with plenty of breaks, water, playtime, cuddles, and a cosy spot to rest whenever they need it.
Where do the puppies come from?
All of our puppies come from trusted, ethical breeders and carefully selected rescues that prioritise health, happiness, and early socialisation.
We partner only with those who meet our high welfare standards, ensuring every puppy is well cared for and comfortable in a group environment. Each pup in our sessions is loved, supported, and in the very best hands—before, during, and after class.
Are the puppies toilet trained?
Nope—accidents can happen! They're just little babies and they’re still learning after all. Accidents happen, but don’t worry—our team is fully prepared with quick clean-ups and plenty of supplies to keep things fresh. The studio is set up with easy-to-clean surfaces, so a tiny puppy puddle won’t spoil the fun. We use only the best cleaning products such as K10.
Can I bring my own puppy?
As much as we’d love to meet your pup, we only include puppies from our trusted breeder and rescue partners. This ensures they’re properly prepared for the experience and helps us keep the environment safe, calm, and stress-free for everyone. Don’t worry—your puppy can hear all about it when you get home!
Do you work with rescues?
We do—though not as often as we’d like. Rescue puppies can be more challenging to include due to availability, temperament suitability, and the approval processes involved. That said, we actively support and collaborate with rescues whenever we can, and we're always exploring ways to expand our involvement in ethical, welfare-focused partnerships.
Are the puppies safe and well cared for?
Absolutely. Our pups are fully vaccinated, socialized, and supervised at all times. We work closely with our vet and dog trainers to ensure their happiness and wellbeing.
Can I adopt or purchase a puppy from a session?
Many of the puppies in our sessions are available for adoption or sale, depending on the breeder we’re partnering with at the time.
